Noxael helps you discover content opportunities, create and adapt short-form content, schedule and publish it to supported platforms, and review its performance.

Noxael is in early access. Features may change, and there is no availability guarantee during this period.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and be old enough to use the connected platforms. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You give Noxael a limited licence to store, process, transform and publish it, only to provide the service on your instructions.

You confirm that you have the rights to the media, music, likenesses and other material you use, and that your content follows each platform’s terms and community guidelines.

AI-generated output

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content generated for others. Review everything before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish. Noxael helps you label AI-generated content where platforms require it.

Acceptable use

• No infringing, illegal, hateful or harassing content.
• No impersonation or deceptive synthetic media of real people.
• No spam, fake engagement or inauthentic behaviour.
• No scraping, watermark removal or circumventing platform protections.

Third-party services

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, AI providers and other services are governed by their own terms. Noxael is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Fees

Noxael is free during early access. We will give notice before introducing paid plans; you will never be charged without agreeing first.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Noxael and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can export your data before deletion.

Liability

Noxael is provided as is during early access, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
